أوروبا والخوف من الإسلام

ماذا يبرز في اوربا بين الاونة والاخرى مزاج معادي للاسلام؟ والى اي مدى يمكن ان يكون خوف الاوربيين من الاسلام مبررا؟ ما هو دور وسائل الاعلام في زيادة الاسلام فوبيا في اوربا؟ وما الذي سيحول دون المواجهة لصراع الحضارات في اوربا؟ عن هذهالاسئلة وغيرها يجيب ضيوف برنامج "بانوراما". معلومات حول الموضوع: حسب تقرير مركز بيو ريسيرتش الدولي للأبحاث الإجتماعية (Pew Research Center) ازداد عدد الأوروبيين المتخوفين من الإسلام والمسلمين في السنوات الأربع الأخيرة بنسبة 15 % معدلا. ويفيد التقرير ان 52 % من الإسبان و38 % من الفرنسيين و50 % الألمان اعربوا عن موقفهم السلبي من المسلمين. اما الدراسة التي اجرتها منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي فتعطي ارقاما مقلقة اكثر وتقول ان ما يقارب79 % من سكان الدول الأوروبية يعتبرون المسلمين خطرا عليهم بهذه الدرجة او تلك. وليست العبرة في الأرقام بحد ذاتها. فمن الأدلة على تصاعد معاداة الإسلام المبادرات واللوائح التشريعية التي تتقدم بها السلطات في دول الإتحاد الأوروبي والعديد من وقائع الممارسات الإجتماعية والحياة العامة. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك ان دعوات تتصاعد في بريطانيا والمانيا وايطاليا لمنع بناء المساجد الكبيرة. وفي المانيا سيمنع على المسلمات اعتبارا من العام القادم ارتداء الحجاب والعباءة في المدارس. علما بأن هذا المنع سيشمل المعلمات فضلا عن الطالبات. كما يشمل المنع امهات التلاميذ وكل امرأة تدخل حرم المدرسة. علما بان منع الحجاب في المدارس يطبق فعلا في فرنسا وبلجيكا وايرلندة. وفي شهر سبتمبر/ايلول الفائت شهدت مدينة كولونيا الألمانية ضجة صاخبة بسبب النية في عقد ما يسمى بمؤتمر معارضة انتشار الإسلام وشعاره "لا مكان للمسلمين في قلب اوروبا". وتتصاعد هذه الإتجاهات المقلقة على خلفية الزيادة المطردة في عدد السكان المسلمين في الدول الأوروبية ، حيث تفيد بعض التوقعات ان نسبة المسلمين في اوروبا يمكن ان ترتفع في مطلع القرن الثاني والعشرين من 3 او 4 % ، كما هو الحال الآن، الى ما لا يقل عن 25 % ، وربما حتى 50 %.

أول شركة إستثمارية إسلامية على الأراضي الروسية

لأول مرة في تاريخ روسيا الإتحادية سيتم تأسيس شركة إستثمارية إسلامية في قازان عاصمة جمهورية تتارستان ، وذلك بعد توقيع اتفاقية بين تتارستان والمؤسسة الاسلامية لتنمية القطاع الخاص في بنك التنمية الاسلامي . ووقع الاتفاقية رئيس وزراء الجمهورية رستم مينيحانوف وخالد العبودي الرئيس التنفيذي المدير العام للمؤسسة الاسلامية لتنمية القطاع الخاص في بنك التنمية الاسلامي في 25 يونيو/ حزيران . وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه الإتفاقية وقعت في إطار المنتدى الدولي الاسلامي لرجال الأعمال والمال الذي إفتتح أبوابه اليوم بالعاصمة التتارية. وفي هذا السياق قال خالد العبودي إن مقر الشركة الإستثمارية الإسلامية سيكون في قازان، مشيرا إلى أنه سيشارك في عمل الشركة من الجانب الإسلامي أعضاء المؤسسة الإسلامية لتنمية القطاع الخاص التي تضم 46 دولة، ومن الجانب الروسي الشركات الحكومية والخاصة. وأضاف العبودي أن الشركة الجديدة ستبدأ عملها إبتداء من أواخر عام 2009. من جانبه نوه لينار يعقوبوف رئيس لجنة تنظيم المنتدى بأن رأسمال الشركة الإستثمارية الإسمي لا يتجاوز 5 ملايين دولار، مؤكدا أن تأسيس هذه الشركة هو خطوة أولى وهامة في مجال تطوير تعاون العالم الإسلامي الفعلي مع روسيا. وحسب رأى يعقوبوف فإن رأسمال الشركة سيزداد سريعا لأنه تشارك في المؤسسة الإسلامية الدول الغنية من منطقة الخليج العربي مثل البحرين والكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية. وأشار يعقوبوف إلى أن نشاط الشركة الجديدة سيشمل ليس جمهورية تتارستان فقط بل مناطق العالم الأخرى أيضا. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه يشارك في أعمال المنتدى المذكور التي ستستغرق يومين، أصحاب المصارف ورجال الأعمال والعلماء ومدراء أكثر من 50 شركة من 20 دولة أوروبية وآسيوية من بينها بريطانيا والصين ولبنان والمملكة العربية السعودية وتركيا وفرنسا وبلدان رابطة الدول المستقلة.
